There is no reliable one-line answer that makes every AI-generated clip exclusively yours. A business needs to review the production agreement, the tool’s current terms and the material used in the finished advert. Permission to use a file and ownership of rights in every element are different questions.
List the material in the advert
Identify generated footage, supplied images, logos, music, voice recordings and any filmed performances. Each can have its own terms. Keep records of the licences and approvals used for the final production.
Check the actual agreement
Ask what the supplier transfers or licenses, what remains third-party material and whether the agreed uses include paid advertising. AI-output copyright is a developing area; do not assume that paying for a generation guarantees exclusive rights or freedom from third-party claims.
Get clarification before release
Resolve uncertain usage or ownership with the relevant supplier and qualified adviser. High5VR can set out the production assets and agreed usage in the project scope. The answer must relate to the particular production, rather than a blanket promise about every AI tool.
