Some training depends on actual equipment or supervised work, while other material can be introduced separately. Map which parts require an operational setting and which could use approved photographs, video or a model. This helps define a practical production and delivery plan.
Plan capture around the workplace
Filming or collecting reference material still needs access and preparation. Agree suitable times, permitted areas and the people responsible for approval. Do not assume a virtual version can be created without any input from the operational team.
Keep practical learning in the programme
An immersive add-on could introduce a layout or decision before a supervised session. High5VR can discuss the scope, filming days and assets needed for that introduction. It cannot promise zero disruption, and using a separate training environment does not remove required experience with real equipment.
