Ask which languages and presentation needs the programme must support. Reading ability, technical vocabulary and language familiarity are separate considerations. A translation alone may not make an instruction clear if the original assumes knowledge the learner does not have.
Agree how wording is approved
Names, specialist terms and procedure descriptions need review by appropriate people. Audio, captions and on-screen text should convey the same approved information. Plan updates so a change in one language is reflected in the other versions.
Test presentation on the actual devices
A sentence readable on a computer may need different placement inside a headset. High5VR can discuss language versions and accessible content as part of the production scope. Keep facilitator support and an alternative route available where needed, with VR acting as an add-on to the wider course.
