A VR training programme can contain information shared across an organisation alongside site-specific arrangements. Identify which objectives and procedures are genuinely common. A module representing one building should not imply that every location has the same layout.
Plan configuration and versions
You may need separate scenes, local labels or a clearly identified site selection. These requirements should be scoped before development. Assign content owners who can approve shared material and local changes.
Coordinate deployment
Confirm supported devices, installation arrangements and access restrictions at each location. Decide how updates reach headsets and how facilitators know they are using the current version. Shared content does not automatically provide central device management or reporting.
Pilot before expanding
High5VR can develop an initial module and assess the requirements for additional sites. Test with representative users and facilitators from different locations. The rollout plan should account for local conditions, content maintenance and support as well as the software itself.
