Classroom learning can introduce a concept and allow questions. A VR exercise can then provide a setting in which learners inspect or apply approved information. The combination works best when each activity serves a clear objective.
Plan the sequence
Decide what learners need to understand before using the headset and what discussion follows. A virtual scene could prepare a group for a classroom conversation, or it could follow teaching as a focused practice exercise. Choose the sequence around the learners and subject.
Make the debrief specific
Ask questions linked to the scene: what was observed, what information was missing and how a decision was reached. Avoid simply asking whether the experience was enjoyable. Connect the discussion to the learning objective and appropriate practical instruction.
Coordinate delivery
Include time for introductions, equipment setup and alternatives. High5VR can scope a module that fits your wider programme, with facilitator guidance and agreed feedback. VR should have a defined contribution to the session rather than being added solely because the technology is available.
