A VR module needs someone responsible for checking whether its information remains current. Changes to equipment, layouts or procedures may affect the exercise. Agree who reviews those changes and how the development team is informed.
Keep source materials organised
Retain the approved script, drawings and learning objectives for each version. This makes it easier to identify what a revision affects. A small visual change may need only an asset update; a changed procedure may require revised decisions and feedback.
Test the updated exercise
Review new wording and interactions with the relevant specialists. Confirm that the application still works on supported devices and that facilitators know which version they are using. Do not assume a successful edit has automatically reached every headset.
Plan maintenance from the start
High5VR can discuss update arrangements during the original brief. Define support, revision scope and deployment responsibilities alongside development. This gives your organisation a practical route for maintaining the module instead of treating its first release as permanently complete.
