A refresher can address a changed procedure, an infrequent task or a gap identified during review. Establish the reason for the session rather than replay a full course by default. Keep any mandatory content aligned with the responsible training team’s requirements.
Use a focused example
A short discussion or approved scenario can ask learners to notice a relevant detail or explain a decision. Debrief what has changed and what remains important. A different presentation is useful only if it supports the learning objective.
Keep the material current
If a film or VR exercise represents equipment or procedures, review those details before reusing it. High5VR can discuss updating an immersive add-on and the work involved. Content changes, review and testing are part of the scope; a refresher should not rely on an outdated scene simply because it is already available.
