VR Training Companies: How to Compare Proposals

VR Training Companies: How to Compare Proposals

Two proposals can both say “VR training” while describing very different products. One may include a filmed walkthrough; another may include a responsive 3D environment, branching scenarios and reporting. When comparing VR training companies, ask each supplier to explain what learners will actually do.

Look at the deliverables

List the number of scenarios, supported headsets, interaction methods and feedback options. Check whether modelling, narration, content review and facilitator instructions are included. A clearly defined first version is more useful than a long feature list without acceptance criteria.

Ask how testing works

Technical testing checks that an application runs. Learner testing checks that people understand the instructions and intended task. Ask who participates, when your specialists review the content and how feedback is handled before delivery.

Compare the ongoing arrangements

Content changes, device updates and support may sit outside the initial development fee. Discuss those costs alongside ownership and access rights. High5VR can help scope a bespoke project around your audience and objectives, giving you a clear basis for evaluating the proposed work.
