VR training LMS integration begins with a reporting requirement. Your organisation might need a completion record, assessment result or activity summary. Describe which information is needed and how it will be used before requesting a general integration.
Check the systems on both sides
The VR application and learning management system must support an agreed method of exchanging information. Standards and interfaces vary. Provide documentation for your system and involve its administrator when assessing feasibility.
Agree identities and data handling
Decide how a learner is identified, which results are stored and who can access them. Include any permissions, retention arrangements and error handling in the brief. Offline sessions may need a separate synchronisation design if later reporting is required.
Test an end-to-end example
A useful pilot checks that a representative result reaches the correct learner record and behaves as expected. High5VR can assess integration as a separately scoped requirement. It is not included automatically in every bespoke module or implied by the presence of an in-application score.
