The storage needed on a VR headset depends on the applications, media and updates it will hold. There is no useful universal number for every training project. Ask for the actual build and content requirements before choosing capacity.
List what will be installed
Include the training modules, video files and any other authorised applications. Check whether content is stored locally or accessed through another system. A short interactive exercise and a library of high-resolution films can have very different requirements.
Allow for operation and updates
Discuss available free space, download arrangements and any local records the application stores. Ask how new versions are installed and tested. Do not assume an update can be completed with storage filled to its limit.
Test the intended device
Run the complete content set on the proposed hardware and review the management routine. High5VR can provide project-specific build information as part of delivery planning, without guessing a capacity from the course title.
