A small business should agree what its TV advertising campaign is intended to achieve before deciding how to judge the results. Introducing a brand, explaining an offer and generating enquiries are different objectives. High5VR can discuss the creative brief, but no advert can guarantee a particular number of sales or a return on spend.
Separate delivery from customer response
A media provider’s delivery report describes the campaign under its reporting method. It does not automatically show that viewers visited your website or bought something. Ask how the provider defines the figures it supplies and what it can report. Agree the target audience and campaign period rather than treat reach as a promise of enquiries.
Plan how you will recognise enquiries
Decide how staff will record customers mentioning the advert and how website or telephone enquiries will be reviewed. Compare the campaign period with relevant earlier activity while recognising other influences, including existing promotions and seasonal demand. A change in enquiries is useful evidence to examine, but it does not by itself establish what caused the change.
Budget for production and placement separately
Production depends on scope, filming days, crew, equipment, locations, editing and deliverables. Media placement is a separate proposal. A focused production can be inexpensive, but there is no single budget that guarantees results. Share your offer and intended audience with High5VR so the film has a clear message and a practical call to action.
