A plan communicates dimensions, but clients may still struggle to imagine how rooms connect. VR property walkthroughs can present a proposed design at a human viewpoint, helping people discuss layout and movement. High5VR can scope an experience around your design files and review objectives.
Give the walkthrough a question
Ask users to consider a specific issue: how they would move between spaces, whether a furniture arrangement suits their needs or how an entrance feels. Focused questions make a review more useful than an unrestricted tour with no agreed purpose.
Check the model before the meeting
An immersive view is only as reliable as its source information. Confirm the drawing revision, model scale and which fixtures are represented. Placeholder furniture or lighting should be identified. A virtual presentation does not replace technical design checks, measured information or professional approval.
Capture comments while they are fresh
A facilitator can record feedback during the session and connect it to the relevant room or viewpoint. Decide whether notes are collected outside the application or require a built-in feature. Return agreed changes to the design team through its normal review process.
Start with the area under discussion
A full building is not always needed for an initial project. One floor or room can demonstrate the approach. Share available CAD or 3D files, permissions to use them and your target devices. Agree how revised designs will be incorporated and which review questions the experience should help answer.
