High5VR is pleased to welcome Shingi Kandi as our VR and AR Training Consultant, supporting our work in helping organisations understand how virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) can transform training and professional development.
Shingi Kandi is an experienced Training Consultant with over a decade of success delivering high-impact education, training, and professional development programmes. He holds a PhD in Education and Social Care and an MSc in International Business and Entrepreneurship, combining academic expertise with hands-on delivery across universities, prisons, colleges, and community organisations.
As a member of Anglia Ruskin University’s Safe and Inclusive Communities Leadership Team and co-founder of Bhuku Ltd (https://bhuku.co.uk), Shingi designs inclusive, learner-centred programmes that improve engagement, build employability skills, and support meaningful personal growth. He is known for translating complex ideas into practical, motivating, and culturally responsive learning experiences.
At High5VR (https://www.high5vr.com), Shingi will help shape how VR and AR are applied as powerful additions to real-world training. VR enables fully immersive learning environments where individuals can practise scenarios safely and repeatedly, while AR enhances live, in-person training by overlaying digital guidance, instructions, and insights onto the real world. Together, VR and AR deepen understanding, increase confidence, and improve knowledge retention.
By combining Shingi’s educational expertise with High5VR’s immersive technologies, we are developing training solutions that complement traditional methods, support diverse learners, and deliver practical, real-world impact for organisations across multiple sectors.
We are excited to work with Shingi as we continue to advance VR and AR training that makes learning more engaging, effective, and future-ready.
