An overseas client can discuss an immersive production with a UK studio, but the practical delivery plan needs to be agreed for the particular project. High5VR can review the brief, filming location and intended audience before proposing a scope. International enquiries do not mean that a studio has a permanent crew or office in every country.
Decide where each part of production happens
A project may involve filming at the client’s location, editing supplied footage or creating digital material from approved assets. These are different arrangements. Identify who supplies the footage, who arranges access and who checks the material before editing begins. A sample recording can reveal whether additional capture or preparation is needed.
Make remote approvals manageable
Agree the main contact, review milestones and how feedback will be collected across time zones. Keep one approved brief and a clear record of changes. If several teams need to review the work, allow time for their comments to be combined before another version is produced. Language versions, narration and subtitles should be listed as deliverables.
Scope travel and delivery explicitly
Costs depend on the agreed scope, filming days, crew, equipment, locations, travel and post-production. Confirm the viewing devices and final file requirements early. Share your location and objectives with High5VR so we can discuss a workable production plan without assuming worldwide filming arrangements or a standard international price.
